    Jordan Civils have completed a range of Ground Works and hard landscaping projects. We worked for Galliard Developments in the conversion of the former Sully Hospital in Penarth into luxury apartments. On this project our teams laid decorative paving, installed footpaths, car parks and roads. Jordan Civils constructed a car park for Miskin Manor Health & Fitness Club, laid block paving and installed steps with integral lighting systems. We have installed disabled access ramps and footpaths at Barry College.

    We have completed a range of works involving the formation of roads & footpaths as well as repairing public roads and footways. Clients have included local councils, large utility companies including Laing O’Rourke, Daniel contractors and Amec. We have laid car parks at the Aztec West Business Park in Bristol. Civil Engineering companies engage our services to re-instate roads & footpaths following utility services operation.
  • dig & lay operations
    Our teams are competent to install drainage and pipe-work. We have completed dig & lay works for Swalec at Pencoed and the Sports Village, Cardiff. In Sully we installed a rising main to provide sewer and water services to the Sully Hospital Apartments development.
  • National Grid line refurbishment projects
    Jordan Civils have been the main contractors for two major National Grid & the Electricity Alliance West Overhead line replacement and refurbishment projects. The Indian Queens to Alverdiscott and the Pembrokeshire OHL projects. Jordan Operatives are all BESC trained to work under overhead lines. Our teams laid access roads, crane pads and erected gates & fencing to create access for tower repairs and replacements.
  • LPG tank farm installation
    Jordan Civils have completed a project at the Fill Care factory in Talbot Green which involved the installation of LPG tanks and ground work operations. Jordan Civils constructed a concrete tank Farm Slab and retaining wall. The tanks were mounded for blast cover. As part of the project our operatives formed access roads & footpaths, installed a 40 metre underground tank. Site drainage was installed including an interceptor tank.
